- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
- Let the salad sit for 10-15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
