- 36 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 2 (3.9 oz) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Additional whipped topping for garnish
- Mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the next layer.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread over the Oreo crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes. Let sit for a few minutes to thicken, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Drizzle half the caramel sauce and chocolate syrup over the pudding layer. Sprinkle with half the chopped pecans.
- Spread an even layer of whipped topping over the top. Drizzle with remaining caramel and chocolate syrup, and sprinkle remaining pecans and optional mini chocolate chips on top.
- Chill the dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight to set before serving.
