- 1 package (16.5 oz) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 20 soft caramel candies (unwrapped)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan. Cut the cookie dough into 20 pieces and press into the muffin cups.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden. Meanwhile, melt caramels with cream.
- Fill: Press centers of cookies, cool for 5 mins, fill with caramel, pecans, and melted chocolate.
- Set: Let cookie cups set until firm.
