These Turkey & Stuffing Roll Ups are a cozy and comforting meal made with sliced turkey, savory stuffing, and a drizzle of gravy. They’re quick to make, perfect for using up leftovers, and feel like a mini Thanksgiving dinner any time of year!
Ingredients

8 slices of deli or leftover cooked turkey breast

2 cups prepared stuffing (boxed or homemade)

1 cup turkey gravy (plus more for serving)

1 tablespoon butter (optional, for extra richness)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Warm the stuffing and gravy if they’ve been refrigerated.

Lay the turkey slices flat on a clean surface.

Scoop 2–3 tablespoons of stuffing onto each slice and spread it evenly.

Roll each slice tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

Pour 1 cup of gravy over the roll ups.

Dot with butter, if using, and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes, until heated through.

Remove the foil and bake for another 5–10 minutes to lightly brown the tops.

Serve hot with extra gravy and a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
