Description

A vibrant and refreshing Rainbow Sangria, perfect for summer parties and celebrations. Packed with colorful fruits and a delightful blend of wine and spirits.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 bottle (750ml) white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur (like Cointreau or Triple Sec)
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup oranges, sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup club soda or lemon-lime soda (optional, for topping off)
  • Ice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and simple syrup. Stir well.
  2. Layer the fruits in a large pitcher or beverage dispenser in rainbow order: strawberries, oranges, pineapple, green grapes, blueberries, and red grapes.
  3. Pour the wine mixture over the layered fruits.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to let the flavors meld.
  5. Just before serving, stir gently and top with club soda or lemon-lime soda if desired.
  6. Serve over ice in glasses, making sure to include some of each fruit in every serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute or add fruits based on seasonal availability.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
  • Use sparkling wine or prosecco for a bubbly version.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, replace wine and liquor with white grape juice and a splash of orange juice.
