Description

Ingredients

  • 3 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into evenly sized fries.
  2. Soak the fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry thoroughly.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  4. Toss the fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
