Description

Ingredients

  • 4 beef hot dogs
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

Instructions

  1. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and lightly oil the surface.
  2. Cook hot dogs for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through and lightly charred.
  3. Warm the hot dog buns on the grill or skillet for 1-2 minutes.
