- 4 hot dog buns

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup diced red onion

Instructions
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and lightly oil the surface.
- Cook hot dogs for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through and lightly charred.
- Warm the hot dog buns on the grill or skillet for 1-2 minutes.
- Place the cooked hot dogs into the buns.
- Top each hot dog with shredded cheddar cheese, jalapeños, salsa, avocado slices, red onion, and a dollop of sour cream.
