A refreshing and naturally sweetened iced tea infused with ripe peaches, perfect for hot summer days.

- 4 cups water
- 3 ripe peaches, sliced
- 3 black tea bags
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes, for serving
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water and sliced peaches to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until peaches are soft and fragrant.
- Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and strain the mixture to remove peach solids (optional for a smoother tea).
- Stir in honey or sugar while the tea is still warm until dissolved.
- Pour the peach tea mixture into a large pitcher and add 4 cups of cold water. Stir well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to chill thoroughly.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
- Adjust the sweetness to your taste preference.
- You can leave the peach slices in for a rustic look and added flavor.
