Ingredients
- 6 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, sliced strawberries, red onion, almonds, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to coat.
