- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant strawberry pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract and the dry pudding mix until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry flour mixture until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped strawberries if using.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

- Ensure the strawberries are well-drained if using to avoid soggy cookies.
- Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
