Description

These homemade strawberry popsicles are a fun and refreshing treat that kids will love! Made with real fruit and just a touch of sweetness, they’re a healthier alternative to store-bought popsicles. Easy to make and perfect for hot days or after-school snacks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup water (optional, to thin if needed)

Instructions

  • Add strawberries, yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, and water (if using) to a blender.

  • Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

  • Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully frozen.

  • To remove, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes

  • For chunkier popsicles, blend only half the strawberries and mix in the rest chopped.

  • You can swap Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt to make it dairy-free.

  • Add a few fresh berry slices into the molds for a fun look.
