Description

Refreshing and naturally sweet, these strawberry popsicles are made with fresh strawberries and a touch of honey, perfect for a healthy summer treat kids will love.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Place strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  5. To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use silicone molds for easy removal.
  • You can substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option.
