Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
  • 1/4 cup water or orange juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries.
  2. Place strawberries, honey or maple syrup, Greek yogurt (if using), water or orange juice, and lemon juice into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  6. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.

Notes

  • You can substitute Greek yogurt with coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste depending on the ripeness of the strawberries.
  • Add small pieces of chopped strawberries for texture.
