Description

A sweet and tangy treat combining the crunch of popcorn with the fruity flavor of strawberries, making for a unique snack experience.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn kernels using your preferred method and set aside in a large bowl.
  2. In a blender or food processor, grind the freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder.
  3. Melt the white chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Add the strawberry powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the melted white chocolate mixture. Stir until fully combined.
  5. Pour the strawberry white chocolate mixture over the popcorn, tossing gently to coat evenly.
  6. Spread the coated popcorn on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it cool to set.
