Strawberry Lasagna is a delightful no-bake layered dessert made with a golden Oreo crust, creamy cheesecake layer, sweet strawberry gelatin, and whipped topping.

- 36 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz whipped topping, divided
- 2 packages (3 oz each) strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed Golden Oreos and melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until combined.
- Fold in 8 oz of whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
- In a bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- Add sliced strawberries to the gelatin mixture. Pour gently over the cream cheese layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until the gelatin is set.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and garnish with additional strawberries if desired.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.

- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor and texture.
- You can substitute Golden Oreos with graham crackers or vanilla wafers.
