Description

Strawberry Lasagna is a delightful no-bake layered dessert made with a golden Oreo crust, creamy cheesecake layer, sweet strawberry gelatin, and whipped topping.


Ingredients

  • 36 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz whipped topping, divided
  • 2 packages (3 oz each) strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine crushed Golden Oreos and melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until combined.
  3. Fold in 8 oz of whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
  4. In a bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Add sliced strawberries to the gelatin mixture. Pour gently over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until the gelatin is set.
  7. Top with the remaining whipped topping and garnish with additional strawberries if desired.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy.
