Description

These Strawberry Kiss Cookies are soft, sweet, and bursting with strawberry flavor. Made with a strawberry cake mix and topped with a classic Hershey’s Kiss, they’re the perfect treat for Valentine’s Day, spring parties, or anytime you’re craving something fruity and fun!


Ingredients

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 24 Hershey’s Kisses (unwrapped)

 

  • Powdered sugar (optional, for rolling)


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until a soft dough forms.

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Optional: Roll each ball in powdered sugar for a crinkle look.

  • Place the dough balls about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cookies are set and slightly crackled on top.

  • Remove from the oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.

 

  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.


Notes

  • You can use white chocolate kisses, dark chocolate, or even the strawberry ice cream cone Kisses for an extra strawberry punch.

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

  • These cookies freeze well—just leave the kisses off until after thawing and reheating slightly.
