- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 box (14.4 oz) graham crackers
- 1/4 cup milk (for softening crackers, optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer graham crackers over the whipped cream, breaking them to fit as needed.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream over the graham crackers, then top with a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers (graham crackers, whipped cream, strawberries) until you run out of ingredients, ending with a layer of whipped cream and strawberries on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the cake to set and the graham crackers to soften.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- Use very ripe strawberries for maximum flavor.
- You can substitute graham crackers with vanilla wafers or digestive biscuits.
- Chilling overnight gives the best texture and flavor.
