- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While chicken is grilling, in a bowl combine diced strawberries, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and honey (if using). Mix gently.
- Once chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before placing on a serving plate.
- Spoon the strawberry bruschetta mixture over the chicken.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.

- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
