- 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (any flavor)
- 1 cup water or beef broth
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix and water or broth. Let sit for 5 minutes to soften.
- Add ground beef, eggs, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the stuffing mixture. Mix until fully combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture to a greased loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
- Spread additional ketchup on top if desired.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
- Add chopped onions or bell peppers for extra flavor and texture.
- Leftovers make great sandwiches the next day.
