Description

A delicious and easy meatloaf recipe made with Stove Top stuffing for added flavor and moisture. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (any flavor)
  • 1 cup water or beef broth
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix and water or broth. Let sit for 5 minutes to soften.
  3. Add ground beef, eggs, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the stuffing mixture. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Transfer the meat mixture to a greased loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
  5. Spread additional ketchup on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
