Description

This Spring Berry Parfait is a light and refreshing treat layered with juicy berries, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola. It’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a healthy dessert. Easy to make, and full of fresh spring flavors!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (or plain if you prefer less sweetness)

  • 1 cup granola

  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all the berries. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

  2. In a glass or jar, add a layer of yogurt (about 2 tablespoons).

  3. Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.

  4. Spoon in a mix of berries.

  5. Repeat the layers until the glass is full.

  6. Drizzle with honey if using.

  7. Top with a few extra berries and a mint leaf for garnish.

  8. Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.


Notes

  • Use any combination of seasonal berries you have on hand.

  • Swap granola for crushed nuts or chia seeds for a different texture.

  • To make it dairy-free, use coconut or almond milk yogurt.

  • These parfaits are best enjoyed the same day to keep the granola crunchy.
