This Spring Berry Parfait is a light and refreshing treat layered with juicy berries, creamy yogurt, and crunchy granola. It’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a healthy dessert. Easy to make, and full of fresh spring flavors!
Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup raspberries

2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt (or plain if you prefer less sweetness)

1 cup granola

2 tablespoons honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Wash and prepare all the berries. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a glass or jar, add a layer of yogurt (about 2 tablespoons).

Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.

Spoon in a mix of berries.

Repeat the layers until the glass is full.

Drizzle with honey if using.

Top with a few extra berries and a mint leaf for garnish.

Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.
