- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the berries, starting with strawberries, then blueberries, followed by raspberries.
- Top the berries with the yogurt mixture.
- Sprinkle granola on top of the yogurt layer for crunch.
- Repeat the layers if using larger glasses or bowls, finishing with granola on top.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt or almond milk-based yogurt.
- You can substitute the granola with chopped nuts or seeds for a different crunch.
