Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In serving glasses or bowls, layer the berries, starting with strawberries, then blueberries, followed by raspberries.
  3. Top the berries with the yogurt mixture.
  4. Sprinkle granola on top of the yogurt layer for crunch.
  5. Repeat the layers if using larger glasses or bowls, finishing with granola on top.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt or almond milk-based yogurt.
  • You can substitute the granola with chopped nuts or seeds for a different crunch.
  • Feel free to mix different berries based on what’s in season or to your preference.
