- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional, for extra heat)
- 1/2 cup chicken or beef broth
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 boiled egg, halved (optional for garnish)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Marinate the beef slices in soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, and garlic for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and grill the marinated beef until cooked through and slightly charred. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream, mayonnaise, sriracha (if using), and broth. Heat gently, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened. Do not boil.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the creamy sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Plate the noodles, top with grilled beef, and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and boiled egg halves if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken or tofu for the beef for a different protein option.
- Adjust the level of gochujang and sriracha to control the spiciness.
- Use plant-based cream for a dairy-free version.
