Description

A bold and flavorful Korean-inspired ramen dish featuring spicy noodles, tender grilled beef, and a rich, creamy sauce for a perfect fusion meal.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 200g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional, for extra heat)
  • 1/2 cup chicken or beef broth
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 boiled egg, halved (optional for garnish)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef slices in soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, and garlic for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and grill the marinated beef until cooked through and slightly charred. Set aside.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream, mayonnaise, sriracha (if using), and broth. Heat gently, stirring until smooth and slightly thickened. Do not boil.
  5. Combine the cooked noodles with the creamy sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Plate the noodles, top with grilled beef, and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and boiled egg halves if desired.

Notes

  • You can substitute chicken or tofu for the beef for a different protein option.
  • Adjust the level of gochujang and sriracha to control the spiciness.
  • Use plant-based cream for a dairy-free version.
