Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a little oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, sriracha, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared foil and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the honey garlic mixture evenly over each fillet, coating them well.
- Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon to completely cover and seal the packet closed.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Optional: Open the foil and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a caramelized finish.
- Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices, and serve hot.
