Description

This Spicy Honey Garlic Salmon in Foil is a quick and flavorful dish featuring tender salmon fillets baked with a sweet and spicy honey garlic glaze. Perfect for busy weeknights or special dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a little oil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, sriracha, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared foil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the honey garlic mixture evenly over each fillet, coating them well.
  5. Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon to completely cover and seal the packet closed.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Optional: Open the foil and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a caramelized finish.
  8. Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of sriracha based on your spice preference.
  • Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
  • Serve with steamed rice or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
