Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 packet au jus gravy mix

1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers

1/4 cup pepperoncini juice

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Burger buns or sandwich rolls, for serving

Optional toppings: provolone or mozzarella cheese, pickles
Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onion until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.

Transfer the beef and onion mixture to a slow cooker.

Add ranch seasoning, au jus mix, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, pepperoncini slices, pepperoncini juice, and butter. Stir everything together.

Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours, or on high for 2–3 hours.

Stir well before serving.

Serve the meat mixture on burger buns. Add cheese or pickles if you like.
