Description

This fry sauce is a flavor-packed dipping sauce made with a secret ingredient that takes it to the next level. It’s creamy, tangy, and a little sweet—perfect for French fries, burgers, onion rings, and more. Once you try it, you’ll never want plain ketchup again!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice (the secret ingredient!)

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and ketchup.

  2. Stir in the pickle juice and Worcestershire sauce.

  3. Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Mix well until everything is fully blended and smooth.

  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.


Notes

  • For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.

  • Use dill pickle juice for a tangier bite, or bread and butter pickle juice for a sweeter twist.
