- 8 oz noodles (udon, ramen, or rice noodles)
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, and water until smooth.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sauce mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through and coated well.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
