Ingredients

Roasted Broccolini:

  • 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Tahini Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 23 tablespoons water (to thin)
  • Salt, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss broccolini with olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Roast on a baking sheet for 15–18 minutes until tender and crispy.

  3. Prepare Tahini Sauce: Whisk tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt. Thin with water to desired consistency.
  4. Assemble: Transfer broccolini to a platter, drizzle with tahini sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve warm or at room temperature.
