Ingredients
Roasted Broccolini:
- 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
Tahini Sauce:
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 2–3 tablespoons water (to thin)
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare Tahini Sauce: Whisk tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt. Thin with water to desired consistency.
- Assemble: Transfer broccolini to a platter, drizzle with tahini sauce, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Toss broccolini with olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Roast on a baking sheet for 15–18 minutes until tender and crispy.
