Description

Ingredients

  • 4 pita bread rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut each pita round into 8 triangles using a knife or pizza cutter.
  3. Separate the pita triangles into single layers.
  4. Place the pita pieces on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Brush both sides of each pita chip with olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and paprika if using.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
