Ingredients
- 4 pita bread rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut each pita round into 8 triangles using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Separate the pita triangles into single layers.
- Place the pita pieces on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Brush both sides of each pita chip with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and paprika if using.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
