Description
Pull-Apart Pizza Bread is a fun, shareable appetizer or snack made with biscuit dough, gooey cheese, pepperoni, and classic pizza seasonings. Perfect for parties or game day gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz total)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray or olive oil.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters.
- In a large bowl, combine biscuit pieces, mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer mixture into the prepared bundt pan, pressing down lightly to distribute evenly.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through in the center.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 5–10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if using, and serve warm with marinara sauce.
Notes
- You can add other toppings like cooked sausage, olives, or chopped veggies.
- Use homemade biscuit dough for a more from-scratch version.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or air fryer to crisp up.
