Description

Pull-Apart Pizza Bread is a fun, shareable appetizer or snack made with biscuit dough, gooey cheese, pepperoni, and classic pizza seasonings. Perfect for parties or game day gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz total)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray or olive oil.
  2. Cut biscuit dough into quarters.
  3. In a large bowl, combine biscuit pieces, mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Transfer mixture into the prepared bundt pan, pressing down lightly to distribute evenly.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through in the center.
  6. Allow to cool in the pan for 5–10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if using, and serve warm with marinara sauce.

Notes

  • You can add other toppings like cooked sausage, olives, or chopped veggies.
  • Use homemade biscuit dough for a more from-scratch version.
  • Leftovers can be reheated in the oven or air fryer to crisp up.
