Description
Pizza Sliders are mini sandwiches layered with pepperoni, mozzarella, and marinara sauce on soft rolls, baked to cheesy perfection for a crowd-pleasing snack or meal.

- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom halves of the buns.
- Layer with half of the mozzarella cheese, then add pepperoni slices evenly across the sliders.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and the rest of the marinara sauce.
- Place the top halves of the buns on top.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the butter mixture over the top of the buns and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5–7 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use cooked sausage or veggies for different topping variations.
- These sliders can be assembled ahead of time and baked when ready to serve.
- For extra crispiness, toast the bottoms of the buns before assembling.
