- 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped pepperoni
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Place a small amount of pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners up and pinch the seams to seal, forming a ball.
- Place the poppers seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
