Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and for easy cleanup.
- Prepare the cheese mounds: Using a tablespoon, spoon out small mounds of shredded mozzarella cheese onto the baking sheet, making sure to space them at least 2 inches apart to allow spreading during baking.
- Season the chips: Sprinkle each mound with a pinch of Italian seasoning and garlic powder to add classic pizza flavors.
- Add pepperoni and Parmesan: Top each cheese mound with a few pieces of mini pepperoni and a light sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese to enhance flavor and texture.
- Bake until crispy: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the cheese chips for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown and crisp.
- Cool and serve: Remove from the oven and let the chips cool on the baking sheet for 2 to 3 minutes. This allows them to firm up for easy removal. Gently lift them off with a spatula and serve warm with optional marinara sauce for dipping.
