Description

Refreshing and vibrant Pink Lemonade made with freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, and a splash of grenadine for a beautiful pink hue. Perfect for a cool summer beverage to serve at parties or anytime you need a citrusy, thirst-quenching drink.

Ingredients

Scale

Pink Lemonade Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
  • 1 cup simple syrup
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cups ice (plus more for serving)
  • 1-2 teaspoons grenadine syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, add the 2 cups of ice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, and water. Stir thoroughly to mix all the ingredients well and chill the mixture.
  2. Add Grenadine: Gradually pour in 1 to 2 teaspoons of grenadine syrup, stirring after each addition until the pink color reaches your desired shade.
  3. Serve: Pour the pink lemonade into glasses, each filled with about 1/3 cup of ice, and serve immediately to enjoy a refreshing citrus drink.

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of simple syrup to suit your taste.
  • Use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor and brightness.
  • Grenadine adds both color and a hint of pomegranate flavor; adjust quantity for color preference.
  • For a sparkling version, substitute some or all of the water with club soda.
