- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the undrained crushed pineapple and the instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until well combined and thickened slightly.
- Add the mini marshmallows and shredded coconut (if using), and mix well.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the chopped nuts if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
