Description

These Pickle Dip Pinwheels are a fun and tasty twist on the classic dill pickle dip. Creamy, tangy, and full of chopped dill pickles, they’re wrapped up in tortillas and sliced into bite-sized pinwheels. Great for parties, lunchboxes, or a quick appetizer!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped dill pickles

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill (or 1 tbsp dried dill)

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

  • 4 large flour tortillas


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

  2. Stir in the chopped pickles, fresh dill, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread a generous layer of the pickle mixture evenly over each tortilla.

  4. Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

  5. Remove from the fridge and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.

  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!


Notes

  • You can use flavored tortillas (like spinach or tomato) for a colorful twist.

  • For extra crunch, add chopped pickled jalapeños or banana peppers.

  • These can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
