These Pickle Dip Pinwheels are a fun and tasty twist on the classic dill pickle dip. Creamy, tangy, and full of chopped dill pickles, they’re wrapped up in tortillas and sliced into bite-sized pinwheels. Great for parties, lunchboxes, or a quick appetizer!
Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cups chopped dill pickles

1/4 cup chopped fresh dill (or 1 tbsp dried dill)

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas
Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Stir in the chopped pickles, fresh dill, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Spread a generous layer of the pickle mixture evenly over each tortilla.

Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Remove from the fridge and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
