Ingredients
-
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
1/2 cup pizza sauce
-
24 slices pepperoni (about 3 per bomb)
-
2 tablespoons butter, melted
-
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
-
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
-
Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
-
Spread about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each biscuit.
-
Add 3 pepperoni slices and a spoonful of shredded mozzarella on top of the sauce.
-
Carefully fold the edges up and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
-
Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush it over each pizza bomb.
-
Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese.
-
Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
-
Let them cool slightly, then serve warm with marinara for dipping.
Notes
-
You can use crescent dough or homemade dough instead of biscuit dough.
-
Try adding chopped veggies, cooked sausage, or different cheeses for a twist.
-
These reheat well in the oven or air fryer for a crispy bite the next day.
