Description

These Pepperoni Pizza Bombs are soft, golden biscuit bites stuffed with melty cheese, zesty pizza sauce, and classic pepperoni. They’re easy to make, kid-friendly, and perfect for game day or a quick dinner. Serve them with extra marinara for dipping and watch them disappear!

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

  • 24 slices pepperoni (about 3 per bomb)

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.

  3. Spread about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce in the center of each biscuit.

  4. Add 3 pepperoni slices and a spoonful of shredded mozzarella on top of the sauce.

  5. Carefully fold the edges up and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush it over each pizza bomb.

  7. Sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese.

  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.

  9. Let them cool slightly, then serve warm with marinara for dipping.

Notes

  • You can use crescent dough or homemade dough instead of biscuit dough.

  • Try adding chopped veggies, cooked sausage, or different cheeses for a twist.

  • These reheat well in the oven or air fryer for a crispy bite the next day.
