Ingredients
Scale
Crust
- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed (about 2 cups)
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Filling
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz Cool Whip or whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
Topping
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed
- 1/2 cup mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter thoroughly to create your crust mixture. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust.
- Bake the Crust: Place the pie dish in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes. Once baked, remove from the oven and allow the crust to cool completely before proceeding with the filling.
- Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat together the creamy peanut butter and softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until the mixture is fully incorporated. Finally, stir in 1 cup of the chopped mini Reese’s peanut butter cups evenly throughout the filling.
- Assemble the Pie: Pour the prepared filling into the cooled Oreo crust, spreading it evenly to the edges. Drizzle the warmed hot fudge sauce over the top of the filling in an attractive pattern.
- Add Toppings and Chill: Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup chopped mini Reese’s peanut butter cups over the top of the pie. Place the pie in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, allowing the filling to set properly.
- Serve: After chilling, slice the pie and serve. Enjoy the delicious combination of creamy peanut butter, rich chocolate, and crunchy Reese’s in every bite!
Notes

- You can substitute Cool Whip with homemade whipped cream if preferred.
- Use a sharp knife dipped in hot water to slice the pie cleanly.
- This pie can be stored refrigerated for up to 3 days.
