Description

A rich and creamy Nutella pie with a chocolate cookie crust and a smooth Nutella filling, perfect for chocolate lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings or chopped hazelnuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until smooth and fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Garnish with chocolate shavings or chopped hazelnuts before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture.
  • You can use a store-bought crust to save time.
  • This pie can be made a day in advance and kept refrigerated.
