- 8 slices of white sandwich bread
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk

- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
- Trim the crusts off the bread slices and flatten them with a rolling pin.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of Nutella on each slice of bread.
- Roll each slice tightly into a log.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture, coating all sides.
- Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the roll-ups in the skillet, turning frequently, until all sides are golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
