Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with a hand or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
- Scoop and serve as desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, mix in chocolate chips, crushed cookies, or fruit before freezing.
