Description

A quick and easy creamy no‑bake pie that sets in the fridge—no oven required!


Ingredients

  • 1 (9‑inch) graham cracker crust (store‑bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
  • Whipped cream and lemon slices for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until the filling is silky.
  4. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until set.
  6. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and lemon slices if desired.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, substitute lemon juice with lime or orange.
