Description

A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake layered with crunchy Kit Kat bars, perfect for chocolate lovers and easy to prepare without an oven.


Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 400g cream cheese, softened
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250ml heavy whipping cream
  • 12 Kit Kat bars, chopped
  • Extra Kit Kat bars, for decoration
  • Chocolate sauce, optional


Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the base of a springform pan and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it gently into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Fold in the chopped Kit Kat bars until evenly distributed.
  6. Spread the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight for best results.
  8. Before serving, decorate with extra Kit Kat bars and drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
