A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake layered with crunchy Kit Kat bars, perfect for chocolate lovers and easy to prepare without an oven.
Ingredients
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 400g cream cheese, softened
- 100g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 250ml heavy whipping cream
- 12 Kit Kat bars, chopped
- Extra Kit Kat bars, for decoration
- Chocolate sauce, optional
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the base of a springform pan and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it gently into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in the chopped Kit Kat bars until evenly distributed.
- Spread the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, decorate with extra Kit Kat bars and drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.

- Use a springform pan for easy removal of the cheesecake.
- Ensure the cheesecake is well chilled before slicing for clean cuts.
- You can substitute digestive biscuits with graham crackers if preferred.
