  • 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (plus more if needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans or line with parchment.
