These Mint Magic Bars are a delicious twist on the classic 7-layer bars. They’re packed with chocolate, mint chips, coconut, and sweetened condensed milk for a chewy, gooey, minty dessert that’s perfect for the holidays—or any time you’re craving something sweet and refreshing.
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mint chocolate chips (or Andes mint pieces)

1 cup shredded sweetened coconut

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips and mint chips evenly over the crust.

Add the shredded coconut and chopped nuts (if using) over the top.

Drizzle the entire can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layers.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.

Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

You can substitute mint chips with crushed mint candies or mint M&M’s if needed.
