- 4 Milky Way candy bars (regular size), chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and chopped Milky Way bars together, stirring until smooth.
- Add the sugar and evaporated milk, and bring to a gentle boil. Stir continuously for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until fully melted and incorporated.
- Add vanilla extract and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a firmer fudge, chill longer before cutting.
- You can use fun-size Milky Way bars; just use equivalent weight.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
