- 1 pound lobster ravioli (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the lobster ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter with the olive oil.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
