Description

Lemon Lush Dessert is a refreshing and creamy dessert with layers of tangy lemon filling, smooth cream cheese, and a buttery crust. Perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 package instant lemon pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Top the pudding layer with the remaining whipped topping.
  8. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • You can garnish with lemon zest or a few lemon slices for extra flavor and decoration.
  • For a more intense lemon flavor, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to the pudding mixture.
  • Make sure the dessert is fully chilled to allow the layers to set properly.
