- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place cod fillets in a baking dish and pour the lemon butter mixture over them.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.
