Description

These juicy air fryer turkey burgers are a healthy and easy alternative to traditional beef burgers. They’re packed with flavor, quick to make, and perfect for a weeknight dinner or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
  • Burger buns, lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until just combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
  4. Lightly brush both sides of each patty with olive oil.
  5. Place the patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
  6. Air fry for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Notes

  • Do not overmix the turkey mixture to keep the burgers tender.
  • You can add shredded zucchini or carrots to the mix for extra veggies.
  • These burgers freeze well—cook and cool before freezing.
  • Adjust seasonings to taste for a spicier or milder flavor.
