These juicy air fryer turkey burgers are a healthy and easy alternative to traditional beef burgers. They’re packed with flavor, quick to make, and perfect for a weeknight dinner or meal prep.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
- Burger buns, lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
- Lightly brush both sides of each patty with olive oil.
- Place the patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
- Air fry for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve on buns with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Notes
- Do not overmix the turkey mixture to keep the burgers tender.
- You can add shredded zucchini or carrots to the mix for extra veggies.
- These burgers freeze well—cook and cool before freezing.
- Adjust seasonings to taste for a spicier or milder flavor.
