Ingredients
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place macaroni, water, salt, and butter in the Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
- Close the lid and set valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure once cooking time is complete.
- Stir the pasta, then add evaporated milk, cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder (if using), and black pepper.
- Stir until cheeses are melted and sauce is creamy. Add more milk if needed for desired consistency.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
